Two things matter when you choose a band: the connector (it must match your device model) and the length (it must match your wrist). Each product page gives the exact compatible models and the size table for that band.
1. Measure your wrist
- Wrap a soft tape measure, or a strip of paper, around your wrist just above the wrist bone, where you wear your device.
- Keep it snug but not tight.
- Read the length in centimetres (or mark the paper and measure it with a ruler).
If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one for a sport band you wear during training, and the smaller one for a band you wear all day.
2. Typical band sizes

3. Find your connector
Watches with standard lugs (quick-release bands)
Many watches use standard spring bars. Choose the band width that matches the space between the lugs of your watch:
- 20 mm: for example many Samsung Galaxy Watch, Garmin Venu and Forerunner models, Amazfit GTS/GTR models with a 20 mm width.
- 22 mm: for example larger Samsung Galaxy Watch, Garmin and Amazfit models with a 22 mm width.
Check the width in your watch's manual or measure the gap between the lugs in millimetres.
Garmin QuickFit
QuickFit bands come in 20 mm, 22 mm and 26 mm. The width depends on your Garmin model and case size. Each product page lists the compatible models.
Apple Watch
Apple Watch bands are grouped by case size:
- Small group: 38, 40, 41 mm (and 42 mm on Series 10 and later)
- Large group: 42 mm (Series 1 to 3), 44, 45, 46 and 49 mm
Your case size is engraved on the back of the watch.
WHOOP
WHOOP 4.0 bands and WHOOP 5.0 / MG bands are not interchangeable. Choose the collection for your exact model.
Fitbit
Fitbit bands are specific to each family (for example Charge 5 and 6, Inspire 2 and 3, Luxe, Versa 3 / 4 and Sense 1 / 2, Fitbit Air). Each product page lists the models it fits.
Google Pixel Watch
Pixel Watch bands use a dedicated connector and depend on the case size (41 mm or 45 mm). Check the compatible models on the product page.
